I was kicking myself for not predicting number one. I was expecting you to put Cheetara and April higher on the list, though I'm grateful you didn't.
My only major complaint here is that you relied way, way too much on "gives a new meaning to the term..." jokes. That got old real quick.
Aside from that, this was well-put together, though I found the Harley Quinn entry kinda lacking. The digs at Sailor Moon were quite refreshing as well.
Very well done, NC. Can't wait for the video game review.

In my opinion, the manga girls these days are the hottest animated shit I've seen. Remember the crazy chick (Rachael Leigh Cook) who acted for the Drug PSA who trashed the kitchen? She also voiced as "Tifa Lockhart" in the movie "Final Fantasy VII Advent Children", and heck, she is ONE HELL OF A CHICK.

Great list i must say. I remember all the characters from here. As for Japanime girls, well just about all the ones that are drawn are sexy as hell, so I was glad to see only one make the list. you could do a whole list just of Japanime girls. A few characters that i wished was on here was catwoman, lois lane(yes, I thought she was sexy), or Supergirl from superman. she wore short shorts that would put daisy duke to shame. and she wore half-shirt too. but then again, the list was great.
Betty Boop is over rated. Was glad to se Rogue on the list. But kept looking for Carmen Sandiego

Good list, but I must take issue with the exclusion of five VERY worthy animated hotties:
- Tinkerbell - Betty Boop - The big-chested chick from "Heavy Metal" (her name escapes me) - Holli Wood from Ralph Bakshi's "Cool World" (sure the movie sucked, but Holli was almost as hot as Jessica) - Elastigirl from The Incredibles (I know this is too recent, but you HAVE to give Pixar credit for creating the first and so far ONLY mega-hot CGI character).

Ah... I always freeze these videos right when they begin because I want to give them more time to stream of buffer or what ever the propper term is... anyway, I always catch the Nostalgia Critic in the middle of "Hello", and that expression always puts a smile on my face and hypes me up for his reviews and lists. And yet again I'm not disappointed.
But on with the actual comment. I personally think that the list was solid, no one that special got excluded. The only ones that I can see being thrown in would be some Japanese Hentai babes, that that would kinda ruin the entire list since they are obviously not made to fit in to 80's/90's kids shows and movies. Perhaps one of the most expected Nr. 1's ever since it was an obvious choice, but still yet another great list that rubs us the right way (not sexually inteded).

I think Harley had other reasons for being hot other than dating the Joker. Remember the times she tried to seduce him? Like the skimpy lingerie or the time she was in the giant pudding? Ahhh Harley. Though maybe just the girls of gotham should have gotten honorable mention too. Catwoman and Poison Ivy are pretty good too, but I agree, Harley is my favourite.

I do like the sailor moon series but yeah I agree about the transformation scenes, and he made it funny, although the creator of the series said in the show it really only takes 3 seconds, but just for eye candy I guees thats why they drag on the transformation
