This has gotta be the first time the Nostalgia Critic has ever gone to another scene (Other than Captain Planet. But that was just a couch) and it was good! I think I died when you started lip syncing Somewhere Over the Rainbow perfectly. You really have a way with facial expressions that makes people die of laughter. Good choice for a review, although I felt that you really got carried away with the sarcasm, epecially with the word: genius. Quite frankly, your sarcasm doesn't seem to come out naturally and as funny compared to when you are your normal angry self. I am not saying that sarcasm is bad, cause it isn't as you have proved to us in prior reviews, I am just saying don't over do it. I hope you don't take these coomments personally cause I really admire your work. I just wanted to provide with some constructive criticism. Nice touch with Optimus Prime as our lord!

That's three bad movies you've reviewed that I like. This, 3 Ninjas and the Super Mario Bros Movie. Then again at that time I was hugely into Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles so put "Ninja" in your film title and more than likely I saw it. I still like Surf Ninjas for sure, but because it's so bad and because it reminds of that time long ago, when the world was right and just and full of Ninjas.
P.S. If you do a review of Last Action Hero you'll have completed my early 90's bad movie quadrilogy.

Easily the best NC yet. The ending had me laughing so hard the idea of erasing my memory and re-watching all the Python Movies and Flying Circus episodes back to back does not even compare to how that ending made my larynx explode with laughter. Maybe. Still fucking great though.

I'll admit that I chuckled in a few places. However, I'd say that this is easily the NC that I laughed at the least. Despite the fact that I understood the fact that you were dripping with sarcasm, it just wasn't anywhere near as funny as the usual formula. Truth be told, the best way to describe this would be to liken this to New Coke in comparison to Coke Classic; not necessarily bad in its own right, but compared to the original it's just plain pathetic.
Now, if you were to do another review of that god-awful turd of a movie, this time in the proper style of the Nostalgia Critic, then I'd say we would need to brace for epic.
Overall, I'd have to say that this is a valiant attempt at something new, but you should really stick to what you do best, i.e. furiously bashing movies that obviously deserve it.

Did TheOtherGuy write this review, by any chance? Watching the first part of this was like watching the Nostalgia Critic act out one of Rob's movie reviews.
That said, it was funny, though the adulation schtick really began to wear on me. It was great that you tried something new, but please don't throw yourself at such a Godawful movie again, unless you're going for its metaphorical throat.
The ending was hilarious, and I appreciated how you tied it to the ending of the last NC sketch. It's like you're maintaining some degree of continuity, but in the loosest possible way. I like it.
Also, it was great to see Prime take the place of Jesus. That said, WHERE'S THE REVIEW FOR THE ORIGINAL TRANSFORMERS MOVIE?!
Overall, this wasn't a bad review.

Hmm, the sarcastic tone throughout the body of the review was quite different from the previous review. Yeah, there's always drops of sarcasm but for a while, I thought this would go in a strange, strange direction...
Then came the ending. I was actually wondering if you were going to work in last week's shocker ending into this piece and you did it marvelously. That "Wizard of Oz"-style ending is probably the most strangely adorable I've seen all week. Nice tie-in with Optimus Prime's cameo.
It was definitely worth the wait, almost like great "let's kiss and make up" session.
PS, as much as I love Leslie Nielsen, that crotch grab? DO NOT WANT. I'm still baffled by a young Rob Schnider.

Really, when I was 7 years old, I rented this movie(and watched it throughly!) more than 5 times! I really liked this movie and i think I still like.
