This is really good work, and far better than the first one. However, I am still not convinced that this should be a stand alone show on this site. It just doesn't seem... right, if that is a good word for it.
But I don't know, perhaps my opinion can be changed, if this is just the tip of the ice berg that is your talent. One thing that worries me is that you only seem to do mash ups of action movies, and in that case this kind of thing will become boring quite fast. To be interesting you need variations; do a comedy or drama mash up, or mix it up. "Napoleon Dynamite/The Fountain", "Ghost/The Truman Show", "The Golden Compass/Stardust"... These are examples of unexpected blends that would truly show if you are so enormously talented as some of your you tube fans claims. If you can make something along these lines work, then I will be convinced.
Anyway, for what it is this is still good work, I should give you credit for that, even though the basic idea isn't that creative.

I stand by my first impression : this is very well done, and it hypes it up as well as any trailer...But somehow I don't think it belongs on this site.
I'll agree, most of the stuff on TGWTG is reusing the material of other people (although you also have videos like That Cartoon Show) ; but they're reviews, made by critics : they bring their own creativity to the work of someone else.
But this...I'll be honest, I don't know. I just get the impression there isn't enough of your own work that shows. Compare it to Trailer Trash : there was voice-acting and comedy writing in there.
Does anyone else get what I'm trying to say ?

11.21.2009 - 04:45 | XelrathWow. Very well done. This actually looks so real, like a real trailer. And i would so want to see the movie. (maybe if hollywood feels uninspired, they'll do it one day)

11.21.2009 - 06:14 | alithanar8Personally I would like to see some of his work rated by The Distressed Watcher here... These are really well done, and quite frankly I think his trailers use the video better then the original trailers.
A bit corny with the damn orchestra, it could have gone on a little bit shorter. Nonetheless your creativity certainly worked here. I like it.
however, Blade would not be the antagonist, you dumbass.
I'm nearly 100% certain that the guy knows that, it just works well for the film. Just like the Hulk worked as an adversary for Hellboy.
