Hey Man, What About Freedom of Speech!
    Everyone here has Freedom of Speech, just with one small amendment.  Don't post like your 12 years old, got your first computer, and are on Youtube.  Use Intelligence.  I think for the most part we allow nearly anything to go on here, with only two exceptions.  Bitching about the video hosting, and outright hate/flame on another site user.  It's quite simple if you have an issue with another user or content contributor, lay out ideas to help them improve.  Outright comments that tend to sound like, 'this person sucks' will get you banned.  You have the right to criticize a video or a person's ideas, just do it constructively.   I have said it numerous times already, but you the users make this site so wonderful; 99.9% of you are amazing and continue to help this site and its contributors grow and improve.  By banning the idiots we keep this place intelligent plain and simple. 

Revver:
    On a closer look, there are around 100 or so videos that are on Revver (which has been down for the past 4+ days now, thus causing a lot of our older videos not to show up), that need to be moved over to Blip.  I honestly thought that the number of videos that were still on piece of shit where's our money... Revver was much lower.  I hope to have the move done by Monday night or Tuesday.

Image(s) Missing in Blogs and or Profile Avatar:
    This is an issue that I'm trying to tackle right now.  Basically the site now consists of 2 Web Servers and 1 Database server with a load balancing switch.  Basically when you type in thatguywiththeglasses.com in your browser the switch either sends your to server1 or server2.  If you upload an image for your avatar or blog on server1 your fine as the sync is working properly, but if you land on server2 and do the same, server1 sometimes does not get the image sync'd to it.  I'm hoping to have this sorted out by next Thursday or so.  Thanks for your patience!  Also Stupid Boy, sorry for not getting to answer your question right away, but this is the issue that is causing your problems.  Your comics have really grown on me lately.  Good Stuff.

    This one is simple.  Do you have a website or know someone who does?  Go to the Site Stuff -> Contact Menu, and click on the Link Exchange name.  Send me an email with your site name, address, and a brief description of what it is.  Each week one site will be picked to be put under the Partners area on the Front Page (this will last for a week).  In return we ask that you provide a link to our site (just a text link will do), on your main page.  You must keep the link up though, as you just can't put it up and then take it down a month later.  A new area on the site will be devoted to all these new and interesting sites that are sent to me.
