Hello all, Mike here again to give you an update on what's going on, on the site.

 

Severing all Revver ties:
    Well, with Revver going down every other day, and add the fact that WE STILL haven't been paid a cent from them; I am now beginning the process of moving the remaining 50 or so videos that are only on Revver to Blip.  We haven't added a new video to Revver in months because of them owing us well over $4,000, and now with the random outages on their streaming servers; we are pretty much forced to do this. I'm hoping to have this done by Sunday night.

Live Donation Drive:
    February 12th 2009.  This is the date, and it is set in stone.  No more moving will happen.  Expect more to come out about this in about a week.  Lots of new content to be unveiled, maybe a returning show or two as well.

Premium Area:
    I just finished moving the Premium content to a new server, and now I'm in the process of adding more to it.   All who have donated will be able to check the current Premium Area on Sunday to find the link to the new area.  Thanks again for donating.

People Who Are Banned:
    If I ban you there is a reason, as I just don't ban anyone.  In fact I generally only have to ban one idiot a week, but if you do get banned take this advice.  Crying to Doug will do you nothing.  Period.  I'm not going to lift the ban, end of story.  The only thing you will be doing by emailing Doug is wasting his time.

Site Crashes When I View the 5 Second Movies or Podcasts:
    This is a well known issue that I haven't had time until now to fix.  Basically this generally only happens if you're using Internet Explorer.  I plan to have this all fixed by Monday night.

Spamming Mine or Doug's Mailbox in Hopes of Getting Picked up:
    Does not WORK!  1 email is more than enough.  The past 2 months have not been kind to me as I have a lot to catch up on.  So if you think you deserve to have a trial spot on this site email me (Mike), and be SURE to include a link to your best video.  Do not email me with ideas.  An email without a link to a video will force me to hit the delete button.

    And on that note.  A certain user on this site, one who has spammed the heck out of my mailbox trying to get picked up, needs to be called out.  Generally I don't call out users (unless you're being banned), I feel the need to do so on this user.  You will never be picked up on this site, ever.  Your videos are semi-educational at best, and that is a stretch.  You have no charisma, or humor.  Emailing me over 20 times with fake email addresses acting like you were a different person each time does not help either.  I hit delete each time I saw one of your emails, but I was fine with everything you have done up until a few days ago.  I got a PM from another user on the site, who showed me what you said about a new featured talent.  How dare you act all high and mighty, when you are nothing.   Below is the PM I received that was sent by you to a few people that you knew.

Really, with ThatDudeInTheSuede unfortunately gone, the only really worthwhile featured videos on here are those from Little Miss Gamer, MarzGurl, Nostalgia Chick, Spooney and of course, That Guy With The Glasses.
I said I don't mind anymore, mainly because it's bloody hilarious that something so bland is alongside TheDudette, MarzGurl and Nostalgia Critic.
So, yeah, I wouldn't want to be in the same company as Sean, simply put."

    Hello Pot calling the Kettle Black!  If you look up the word bland in the dictionary, guess what you'd see.  A freaking picture of you Estefan, aka ThatFellowInTheCoat.  The 'bloody hilarious' thing is I that I picked you for the first BOB contest.  You articles actually weren't too bad.  Oh well.  May the brow be with you.
