Wow, it's been a crazy week so far.
The AVGN response flooded our servers, and caused us to get kicked off of our original video host. The interesting part of all this was that everyone that came from his site, ended up staying here for a long time. The page views on this site went from 11 per visit to near 14. Before the AVGN response, we were averaging about 7000 visitors a day, and now were at around 12,500. Anyway.. We ended up moving some of the videos to a new server that we originally thought would be able to handle the influx (at $1100 a month it should!), but due to the increased traffic, I was forced to downgrade some of the videos quality in order stop the lag and non-playing.
Today, we just finished moving the site itself to it's own dedicated server, and with that I added another feature; Chat Rooms.
After you log in, you can go to the User Menu, and select Chat. So Chat away and enjoy. We'll be adding some moderators shortly.
The Drug PSA NC was pushed back a week due to all the issues we have had.. So I'll be updating the NC release list to reflect the changes.
We should have a new Ask ThatGuy by tomorrow night/early Friday. Along with the Hulk Bum Review up tomorrow.
The NC this Sunday will have something special in it, to make up for the delay.
Something 'interesting' is being planned for the end of the month...
I'm going to be testing the forums, and seeing if I can make it so you can use your existing account on this site. I don't think many of you would want to be creating 2 accounts to use this site.
I'll probably make another post tomorrow, to update you all on some things.
