I'm looking forward to the Capt. Planet video. I enjoyed watching that show as a kid and it'll be interesting to compare it to all the environmental issues going on today.

Leave Follow That Bird alone. Kids movies may be one thing, but Sesame Street toddler movies are not something to make fun of. It's like cracking up at something truly innocent just for being so. However, once it reaches the age group of 6, it's HILARIOUS...

Awesome. Can't wait!

Although what I'd REALLY like to see is a retrospective on the Transformers franchise as a whole. GI, Beast Wars, Beast Machines, the Unicron Trilogy, the live-action movie, Animated...it's a series that's nostalgic to all of us, and makes for great parody fodder.

If you're doing "3 Ninjas", then you gotta do EVERY SINGLE ONE of those Goddamn movies, not just the first one. I don't care if you wind up with the same meltdown you had with watching "TMNT III", you can't stop at just one. I'm just sayin'...

Also, a piece on "Batman The Animated Series" would be seriously kick-ass.

I think the nostalgia critic has his hands full already with all the stuff he has planned and all the fan submissions. I mean, there are a lot of movies I want to see reviewed like League of Extraordinary Gentlemen and many others, but he's probably way too busy to implement so many.

Anyway, kind of curious about the 90's Sport Montage and what it entails.

You want a Jaws 4 review? Here it is:

Jaws went walking through the fields to find some apples for his friend Squidey. He found the apples and picked them with a magical apple-picking crane that extended out of his left eyeball. On his way back to the ocean, he came across a clown named Binky. The clown offered to perform a magic trick for Jaws in exchange for his collection of apples. Jaws thought about it for a while and came to the conclusion that he could just pick more apples, so he agreed. The clown suddenly exploded and a bunch of winged zombie bananas came out of the explosion's center. These zombie bananas then proceeded to eat his entire collection of apples, which proceeded to transform into zombie apples, which then ran down the field in the opposite direction, only to fuse together into a zombie tree. The zombie tree made a giant fruit pod that opened up to reveal Binky, who was somehow alive and unharmed. Jaws began to wonder how much acid he was dropping and proceeded to ask Binky what the trick was called. Binky said it was called The Aristocrats. Shuddering at such a horrible pun, Jaws ate Binky, whose soul would later be placed inside a red-haired doll with a disturbing grimace, but that's a story for a later day.
After harvesting some more apples, Jaws and Squidey ate them happily, only to be hit by the Titanic that happened be carrying Barney the Dinosaur and a very angry Nintendo nerd (It could happen). Squidey dies after being hit by the Titanic (Which then sunk 3-4 hours later). Jaws decides to take revenge on all boats in the ocean, and thus you have Jaws 4.

Ironically, this post probably makes more sense than the entire movie.

I watched 3 Ninjas last night, inspired by your decision to do an upcoming review. There's plenty of material there, that's for sure and along with the usual MST3K treatment my bro and I usually give films.

Though, may I make a suggestion? If there's one joke that need be made during the 3 Ninjas review, it better be something along these lines.

"how many times can 3 kids say 'eye-yah' in one movie before it drives you to the brink of insanity! There's like maybe one scene that doesn't have any of them screaming out 'eye-yah' to the enjoyment of no one!" haha..

or do it like South Park did with that swearing episode and have a "eye-yah" counter at the bottom corner. Either way, that to me, would totally sell that review.

oh yeah one more comment.

You've so far actually made/making fun of some my my favourite guilty pleasure flicks. I guess it's more about nostalgia rather than good film making, but I love the Super Mario Bros Movie! I actually like 3 Ninjas! I love the Turtles flicks! Yeah they're bad movies, no doubt, but I love that stuff.

So let me make one more suggestion for a further upcoming movie review......an all time favourite from 1993.....

F-22: I dun't think that's possible. The only JP movie that would qualify as "nostalgic" is the 1st one, and that was a fantastic movie. The others are questionable, but they're too recent to really be considered "nostalic". As far as nostalgic dinosaurs go, how about the Land Before Time series? The 1st one was great, but ALL of the sequels have sucked ass, and whatsmore, THEY'RE STILL MAKING THEM.

I'm still looking forward to these upcoming NC's (especially 3 Ninjas!), but I too was hoping for more film reviews. That's where you truly shine. The Digimon Movie, Godzilla (1999), Kazaam!, Double Dragon, Surf Ninjas, The Last Unicorn, Carnosaur, Dragonball: The Magic Begins, all are just WAITING for your supreme nostalgic justice.

And if I don't see Jessica Rabbit on your Top Hottest Nostalgic Animated Women, I don't know what I'll do.

Those are too recent, sixfootandahalf.
written by Curiosity Inc , July 12, 2008
As a general rule, I think that anything more recent than the year 2000 cannot be properly classified as "Nostalgic." The Rugrats movie was a good call, though. And maybe Snow White could be worked into some kind of tribute to the classic Disney films.

I think that Good Burger would make a solid Nostalgic review. Does anyone else remember that piece-of-shit movie? And let's not forget the comedy gold mines that are Sailor Moon, Dragon Ball Z and those other anime series that were marketed to kids.

And finally, Nostalgia Critic, I will beg you one more time: Please, please, please, please do something with the original Transformers cartoon. You've already reviewed the more recent TF movie, so why the hell haven't you reviewed the original '86 movie yet?! That movie would make for a perfect, beautiful, gut-bustingly funny review, so please get on that ASAP.

Truly, that I still hope for these ones, NC ;).
written by Danny , July 30, 2008
Well, NC and you guys, that here's even now that original six list of them for you from me:

1. "Arachnophobia", since that yeah you guys, that I agree even now that the storyline about the spiders themselves is simply ridiculous smilies/smiley.gif (which that I think was about the big male spider mating with the much smaller female spider, or something like that).

2. "Big", since that I do know you guys that it's like the ultimate family movie, or something like that, but that the whole bit about the old magical carnival machine actually changing him from a kid into an adult and back again later on is just absurd smilies/wink.gif.

3. "Clockstoppers", since that yes as we all know, that it's just a big DuckTales Time Teaser episode #25 ripoff, even though that they actually did expand upon the idea a little bit, by the end of it at least smilies/tongue.gif.

4. "Kazaam", even though that I'm not sure even now why that others don't actually care for it, besides any of the obvious reasons why.

5. "Last Action Hero", since that it is just a terrible movie, even though that I simply love the subconcept of being able to travel between our world and the fictional worlds.

Finally, 6. "Master Of Disguise", since that yeah you guys, that I do agree that it's just too childish of a movie, even with Dana Carvey in it smilies/smiley.gif.

OH DO I HAVE A MOVIE FOR YOU.
written by Jason Sixx , October 29, 2008
I really like the Ramones, they are one of my inspirations.
THIS MOVIE RUINED THEIR CAREER.
I dare you to watch the shit hole dubbed ROCK N ROLL HIGHSCHOOL
Dont get me started with the shit "master piece" of Correy Feldman.
I think you could actually do a good review of this...... no words can describe how bad it is..
