[color=green]I agree with Dena, I hated the Silent Hill movie, it's another example of VG movies done wrong, It was very interesting to listen to her on TA thanks a lot, BTW Angry Joe and Rollo T need to have a screaming match more often, that was hilarious.
The last airbender movie can suck it, I own all three chapters on dvd and that movie spits on the cartoon.[/color]

It's nice to see Dena up on the show today, as well as the mention of The Arnold-Off animation.
Also, Angry Joe lived up to his name tonight... and I wonder if Spoony will ever consider listening to Angry Joe's suggestion for Avatar: The Last Airbender show.

I, like alot of people, felt Psyconauts got the short end of the success stick. I'd love to see a decent sequel.
And while it's true that modern horror movies have stagnated a bit, you have to remember that old horror movies could be laughably bad too. Do I even need to give examples?

Nickelodeon just announced a couple of days ago that a sequal series to Avatar is in the works and going to air next year called "Avatar: The Legend Of Korra". Something the original show creators are working on and are excited for while trying to forget that the Last Airbender Life Action movie ever exisited (they can't outright proclaim they're hatred for the series online or anything but you can tell when they're questioned about it they either want to move on or they're biting they're tounge as to not have to comment on it).

P.S. when I heard they didn't intend to bring over the jump stars games, given the chance I would have cosplayed with my friends and had a fight outside the office of the localization team of whoever made the games :evil:

I loved Flashforward. I wouldn't have gone out and fainted but I expressed my desire to have it brought back through petitions and polls. There was a reasonable scientific explanation for the blackout, I liked the characters, and the story, while it has its flaws, was great overall. It also had an amazing cliffhanger, which is why the fans are so angry about it getting cancelled.

I recommend you go see "Splice"...then again my degree meddled in Genetics so maybe it appealed more to me. I thought they did a really good job with the CG and with developing the character of the genetically-modified- creature. There is one part, though, where 1/5 of the audience walked out...I think they were expecting a less cerebral movie. If you understand the character motivations, you won't be too grossed out by it...anyway, I definitely thought it was worthwhile. :)
