07.08.2011 - 06:24 | DoctriniusHey guys, great podcast this week.
I couldn't really care less about Transformers, but this podcast really cheered me up. A really pleasant listen. I'm very sorry about your friend, Cat. There's nothing I can say, obviously, but you have my condolences.

What ?! Japan deserves to be BOMBED again just because of the KISS players ? C;mon dude that's really low =_+
And Deep Wang wasn't Masi Oka (Japanese) from Hereos, he's the guy from The Hangover pt.2; Ken Jeong (Korean).
And I think Bay would have been a better guy to do the G.I. Joe movie, not Transformers. That way he can fulfill his military fetish and blow shit up as much as he wants ~
Oh and Frank Welker "did" do Megatron's voice from the 1980s G1 series.....

what a completely small-minded asinine comment.
If you like the movie then fine, but damn. That's intelectually equivalent to saying "if you don't like the president then you become president in 6 months!"
Do you not think that there WAS other people who tried to make transformers w/out the micheal bay "boom!pow! what? staying true to mythology of the characters and history that the fans are paying to see? FUCK THAT!" approach?
Of course this kind of movie always has an audiance. Then again, there was an audience that agreed w/ Ben Stien in his No Intelligence Allowed "documentary". and what a short-cut to thinking that thing was

07.09.2011 - 01:10 | Bouncing BoyI just want to say that I cried when Dr. Gonzo said, "If anyone out there is depressed and feeling alone, I want you to know that you are not alone. There are people out there who care for you." A couple weeks ago, I tried to hang myself. I stopped myself before I got too injured because I realized that there were people out there who cared about me, and the reason I was trying to kill myself just wasn't worth loosing my life over. So I just want to say "Thank you" to Dr. Gonzo for his statement. I also wanted to tell Cat, that I'm sorry for the loss of her friend.

Thank you for sharing, I know that can be difficult. If you ever find yourself feeling that way again, make a phone call fast. Call a friend or a loved one or a crisis hotline like 1-800-273-TALK. I know it's the LGBT project slogan, but the phrase "It gets better" applies to depression and periods of sadness in all people. It really does get better, and there are always people who care.

07.11.2011 - 21:48 | DMasterI'm very sorry for your own loss, Cat. It sounds awful with this. I took all your advice to heart and indeed have been trying to hold people close and tell them how I feel (those who'll pick up the phone anyway). As for you, Bouncing Boy...I just hope you feel better.

07.12.2011 - 16:38 | Bouncing BoyI am feeling a lot better. Due in part to spending a few days in the mental hospital and a change in medication.
