Great podcast as ever. Just to point out Roo - Mordin has many scars but Scars of Mirrodin/ Mirrodin Besieged is the set.
Also as another English person, is cheesewhiz just the Primula equivalent of canned whipped cream? That doesn't seem too strange.
I find myself becoming more and more of a Greybeard, games like Magic the Gathering seem to be trying to make things easier for new players at the expense of complexity and enjoyability - it makes sense as a business idea but it spoils it for older players. The last big WH40K rules change was about 5 years ago but I haven't played since because it just unbalanced the game in favour of some armies. (whinge, whinge, moan, moan)
The Gaga dress was made of steak, she wore it to a major music awards ceremony.
Steve Blum has all of my respect, he was Oghren in dragon age: origins too (although Grunt was super badass anyway). I was amazed by Blum as the camp mechanic in Gurren Laggan. I was bemused to find out that Mae Whitman was Tinkerbell in the awful new CGI Tinkerbell movies.
A pinata full of tiny lions.
As a huge Discworld fan I agree with Dena, they finally got Christopher Lee as death with The Colour of Magic so hopefully he would reprise the role. The did Making Money which was pretty good, but there are so many things that could be more suitable to making epic movies like Nightwatch and Thief of Time
All the best guys.

I've never really encountered said Gundam fanboys. But I think the more recent series aren't very good because they over-play the tragedies way to much. Yes, tragedy and the horrors of war are big themes in Gundam. However it is possible to make it over-the-top!
On the issue of learning about Japan, I'm happy to be one of those people who wants to learn about Japan and japanese culture because of anime, but I don't take all my info from anime alone. People in the west who are uneducated about Japan will quickly find themselves in a big culture shock!
"Blizzard will take your money one way or another".
Yes. Yes they will. 2 words; Celestial Stead!
But anyway, I'm happy to hear you bringing up the issue of addictive personalities. It's long overdue for the people in the media who accuse video games like WoW if sucking peoples souls away to actually look at the people who are playing the games. Perhaps do tests to see if they get easily addicted to any other games. In other words, do science!
Film that shouldn't have been made; Rob Zombie's Halloween remake. Just, NO!
Bacon wrapped bacon balls with extra bacon.
Weirdest thing done with Ducktape? Building a bridge out of it. Go watch Mythbusters :P.

The Star Wars prequels weren't necessary. He didn't call the originals Episodes 4 5 & 6 until the remastered versions. The very first title of "Star Wars: Episode IV: A New Hope" was literally just "Star Wars," because Lucas said to himself "this movie could bomb like all hell and we'll never get a shot at a sequel." So yeah. The prequels have no redeeming qualities to them except to show people that George Lucas no longer has talent.
Also, an interesting note, except for the first movie Lucas didn't direct OR write the screenplays for the original trilogies. For Empire & Jedi his only credits are "Story by" and "Executive Producer." So he may in-fact have fucked up things right from the first sequel if he had as much of a hand in those as he did the prequels which he wrote directed & produced mostly himself.

like what my friend,John always says ''be nice to nerd you might be working for one. one day'' he said he got it from Bill Gates. I do like Japan but unlike Weeaboo i don't think Japan is the best country i love my country. I love to visit Japan one day and see tokyo because it think it's like the japanese version of new York. i have read book on Japan that i use to read alot in my high school library and i want to learn Japanese but for fun not to show off. I do use Japanese and Chinese names for my characters in my stories. But i have a question. If your attract to asian girls does that make you weird? I have crushs on non-asian girls but I didn't notice i like asian girls till i start middle school but one of my best friends in grade school was half-Japanese and half-white. His brother kind of became like a big brother to me and watch over me when my brother was left home.
