Hancock is a superhero film with Will Smith playing as John Hancock. He is a drunk, unappreciated "Super" Man who fights crime. He battles evil with ruthless force and no care for what happens to other civilians, as long as he gets the job done. Because of this, the city decides to put Hancock into jail. After saving a Public Relations agent's car from a train, the PR agent tells Hancock to improve his status he needs to go into jail so people can realize that they need him. The crime rate skyrocket, so Hancock is released stops a bank robbery, gaining the respect of the people.

I was pretty impressed. So far the movie was pretty realistic (Characters acted nicely is what i'm saying), and was a nice change from the other superhero movies that have disappointed me (Iron Man, Hulk). This movie was just realistic, it didn't have that feeling like a 14 year old kid had a fantasy that he was going to be a bad ass in a super suit and get all the chicks and cash he wants.

Then this movie shot itself in the foot. I'm not going to ruin the plot, but lets just say that the PR's wife just made this movie so weird, hard to understand, and complicated that I seriously did not want to watch Hancock anymore.
