There's so many laugh worthy instances to grasp at with PennDOT, but most times you're at the receiving end, so you weep. But don't despair, it's a nice state to live in! Assuming you live in an actual city, because PA is a whole lot of bumfuck of nothing. This was an awesome read for the fourth or fifth time you've gone through it.
