alright there is some 12 (presumably) year old kid out there reviewing videogames most notably (and only 2) contra and mortal Kombat under the guise of the angry video game nerd XD, now I know what your thinking, "Oh the new Irate Gamer, only younger" uh no, far fucking worse.  At least the irate gamer had the courage to think of something slightly different for a name and has a good taste in video games. This kid is well, I don't want to go hard on him (he is a kid) but this guy pisses me off, I don't know why but he does. For one the kid barely even reviews games, while the angry video game nerd reviews games fairly by playing it through (exception being superman 64), this kid claims to have been confused by contra. HOW IS THIS FUCKING POSSIBLE? I mean a game where you walk to the right, and kill people seems simple enough ,but no this kid needs someone to point it out to him. Even worse when he review mortal kombat for the genesis, he starts going about how at the press start screen, none of the other buttons work just start, even though the game (very clearly) says (In Bright GREEN colors no less) to PRESS START. The kid also has no editing skills either, my grandma could do better, we instead see him introduce himself and the game he review puts the camera down on a table (I hope) and points it to the tv, so we can watch him set the game up, (and get a view of his fat ass) , I mean its just basic editing, its not hard. Now normally I would go into how he has no life, needs his balls removed and fed to him but I think the youtube community has done it for me and I need not say futher.

I agree that it's a bit bizarre, but you're definitely being way too hard on a little kid.

Insulting a little kid's editing skills is a little redundant, but that kid still needs heavily criticized. He sucks at video games. I did like his Midway rant though. He went on and on about how Midway wasn't involved with the home releases until he actually turns on the game and Midway appears everywhere.

It would be funny if AVGN and the Critic decide that they are equal opponents, and then both crown themselves better than the Irate Gamer and start something with him, because "the kid" isn't funny.

I've seen some of these kids reviews before. Well linked to them, I only put myself through watching the Contra one as Armake21 did a parody of them. He used to have one on Buster's Quest, which is a pretty great platformer. The weird thing is the tags he puts in on his video. How does a twelve year old kid know about such things? Well I guess from the internet.

There also was a Mugen video, but we won't go into that. Let's just say the first few seconds are disturbing. Man, it feels weird putting down a little kid from the anonymity of the internet...

This kid is a freaking loser. I'm sure if I were to do a video review, it would come out totally bad. That is why I stick to Blogs and such. But, I agree with everyone else. This guy SUCKS!!!!!

He actually put down the Genesis version of MK? That's the one that had the blood and real fatalities in it! I also loved his comment about the start-up screens, "They look old". You've got to be kidding me.

Critic has already recognized that both he and AVGN are better than the Irate Gamer. Remember the AVGN Wizard episode?

This kid, he's just a kid. I know so many twelve-year-olds. They're all the same. He'll grow out of it. There really is no reason to get up in a huff because in a few months he'll drop it, realized it was a stupid thing to do, and go on with his life like it never happened.
