Just wanted to see what you guys thought on the subject. Should the Nostalgia Critic have his very own theme song to use in the beginning of his videos or do you think that he shouldnt and just start his videos off with his normal introduction?

I think his intro is fine as is. Theme songs can get a little annoying after a while. Besides, his catchphrase is catchy enough!

His catch phases for all the characters he plays is good enough, a theme song is unnecessary.

The theme song would be funny the first time around, but after watching it once, everyone would skip it, creating unnecessary extra loading time to movies

I thought about a theme song as the Darian Bros. would definitely write something incredibly funny and catchy. But, it would just give the AVGN Nazis another stupid reason for thinking that the Nostalgia Critic is a rip-off.

I really don't think that it's necessary. I know that it isn't good to compare with the AVGN, but sometimes I just fast-forward through his theme song. I don't want to do that with NC, especially if the video isn't loading fast enough.

I think that the catch phrase is enough. I think it would be interesting to play with a sort of mockery of a theme song for a video or two, but in the long run, "I remember it so you don't have to" works just fine.

would be all over you if you did. But either way, he's still great. And fettsvett201's idea is pretty brilliant... now for the lyrics. I think as long as you don't start off with "He's gonna take you back to the past..." you'll be okay.

If you can find a really good song, why not?
but if the song is bad of borring it will ruin all your NCreviews.

But you have already your distinctive thing: "Hello, I'm the Nostalgia Critic guy. I remember....."
