ok, i'm going to make this very clear, i'm NOT going to be Nostalgic. (well, maybe if i feel like reviewing old Cartoon shows. and maybe if i run out of ppl.) alright, this list will not have pics and will be fast. #11: April O-Nell (from the "new" Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.) i never saw the old version that lots of people like but i have seen the 2002 version of it! it was awesome! April kicked butt! but, unfortantly, not as much as Casey Jones did... (i'll do a guy version of this next...) ok, for some reason, she doesn't wear a yellow jumpsuit in this version of the show. # 10: tie between Kim and Shego this is my first tie... Ok well, they're both awesome and they kick butt! Kim gets a little more points for showing off her belly button. while they spend most of their time fighting, they sometimes form a bond. # 9: Zero Suit Samus this is my first video game person. anyway, she is awesome! she's a great person to be fighting as if ur playing her in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. she's fast and she has a nice body! (ok, that sounded kinda gay, i'm sorry.) # 8: Shiek ok, it's hard to tell if she's a boy or girl sometimes but that's what makes her so cool, she's a tomboy! # 7: Wanda Yeah, she might be a nag but she's smart. she makes this list not only because she's smart but because she has to put up with the very idiotic, Cosmo and the hard to deal with at times, Timmy. 6: Marge Simpson: she's on here because she also has to deal with an idiot. 5: Lois Griffin yeah, another person that has to put up with an idiot. but she also has to take care of her dumb son and her nerdy daughter and has to sometimes watch out for her baby, Stewie. 4: Fiona she's going to be the only person from a movie on this list. she kicked butt in all the Shrek movies! (wait, did she kick butt in the 2nd movie?) 3: Sam Yes, i defianly had to put her on here! she's here for three reasons, 1: she shows her belly button, 2: she's voiced by Grey DeLisle 3: she was in love with and now IS dating Danny Phantom! (HOORAY!) 2: Mandy yep, another Grey DeLisle character. well she's here because she hates everyone and everything, and that's hardcore! u ready for number 1? well here it comes! number one is... KATARA! BOO-YAH!ok.. i think i should have done that for the tie but oh well. anyway, she is the coolest waterbender ever! she knows Blood bending (THANKS ALOT HAMA! *sarcastic-ness!*) and she's dating the Avatar! alright, well that ends my top 11 animated women . ok bye!

i would say Danny because he's so cute! i don't have anything against bald people and Avatars but... yeah.
