The first "Nostalgia Critic" that brought in audiences (Transformers was more of a "Bum Review" with the Nostalgia Critic Outfit)
But I loved it, and from now on I will see Barbara Bush's head as a giant Cheeseburger.
I wonder if it will look better on revver? |

I'm surprised this isn't up on Revver. I loved this review, but I was expecting a joke on "The California Raisins" when you see Gordon lying down dying. |

TL;DR - "It's a tough decision" |
Here's the way I see it, both as a fan of "That Guy" and if i was a producer.
When i want a Nostalgia Chick, I want someone to be different from "That Guy" but still be able to have her own image.
Lindsay:
Same Background, same style of humor, the greatest example of "A Female Nostaliga Critic", choose her if you really do want a "Nostalgia Chick", The pocahontas review was great. The problem was that there was no "Anger" in her.
Krissy:
She was fantastic if we needed the female "That Dude in the Suede" (and let's face it eventually someone has to review "Zatch Bell!"). She has a great personality, and should be the female "Dude in Suede.
Kaylyn:
I CHOOSE HER! She is my choice as "Nostalgia Chick", she has a unique look, the same "nosalgia" level as that guy, an even bizarre sense of humor, and the ability to attract not only girls, but the guys as well. That's not to say, that none of the contestants were bad, they should all continue their ventures, and be their own "ThatGirl" "ThatPerson" personas, and attempt to be like Film Brain one day
Lauren:
She is very sweet, and her top 9 was great... but as far as a "nostalgia rant" is concerned, she never got around to talking about the reasons it's "weird" (except for Strawberry Shortcake). She spoke more like a newscaster than a "critic". But she could replace the people on Good Day LA if she wanted to.
Drew:
People could confuse her with being the wife of "ThatGuy", out of all the contestants her "phrase" was the best. As far as a Nostalgic movie, she picked something geared towards girls so much it became Marshmallow Cute. It's a hard choice to place her anywhere on this list, she was great, out of everyone on the list, her acting was fantastic. She could easily fit the role of "The Nostalgia Chick".
So in order... (#1 being "MY PICK")

2-Lindsay
3-Drew
4-Lauren
5-Krissy
To all the contestants, your videos made me laugh, and made me enjoy trying to help decide the Nostalgia Chick with the rest of the audience.
I chose Kaylyn based simply on "being unique", but I'd be happy with any of the choices, rather it's Lindsay's Dead Pan Comments, Krissy's "Bubbly Attitude", Lauren's "In Depth Analysis", Drew's "Sarcastic Girl Next Door Mentality".
It's a tough decision, and I know Doug will know what's best for the site, but I would LOVE to see all these people again. |

Anyway, I kinda figured "ThatGuy" would've been pissed off at Doug too, hell Imagine if your name was "Urkel" and you grew up in the early 90s (yeah I know NO ONE has the name Urkel but just imagine), you'd be pissed off too.
Too Bad "The Other Guy", you missed out on ACTUAL CRUCIFIXION on Nickelodeon! They actually threw tennis balls at a crucifix, and the losing team gets only packages of NesQuik and Ring Pops (OH JOY SUGAR, JUST WHAT I WANTED AS A CONSOLATION PRIZE - CAVITIES!) |

That was close to what I was thinking, with all the "Gore Moments" of Shaun of the Dead, but then at the end "You've got red on you" then the end titles.

It's weird, I don't think Captain S had a grudge with you....
But if you want to review a BAD video game, I would recommend trying for something Nostalgic... such as Home Improvement for SNES
or How about Barney's Hide and Go Seek for Sega Genesis.
