Adult Swim tends to make and show a lot of shows of varying worth. The Tim and Eric brand shows (their Awesome show, and Tom goes to the Mayer,) are a few of the bad ones. 12 Oz. Mouse had to be the worst. I got serious headaches every time that show came on. Frisky Dingo is definitely one of the better ones. I don't think I would give it as high praise as Chris, I would prefer watching The venture Bros. over Frisky Dingo, but it is still a very watchable, entertaining, and recommendable show.
Having my teeth removed as an adult, I had to have the procedure and risks explained to me in full before I had them taken out, so I knew all the stuff that was going on when I was put under. Wisdom teeth do not sit straight up like the rest of your teeth, they are set in your jaw at an angle, leaning into your back molars. If you have to get any other tooth pulled, with enough force it comes straight out. Wisdom teeth have a big molar in the way, so they can't just get pulled out. After they cut your gums open, they have to saw your wisdom teeth into 2 or 3 parts, and remove them all individually. There's several nerves that go around your wisdom teeth that control all of the feeling in your cheek and jaw. Sometimes, these nerves come very close to the roots of the wisdom teeth. If that nerve gets damaged in the removal, you risk losing the feeling in your mouth for the rest of your life.
I remember I had this movie on VHS. I liked it. Back then, they always wanted to put music into all the kid's movies, and I usually lost interest in those movies while the songs played. I remember I liked the songs in this movie, except for Big Bird's blue song.
It was a good show. I kind of like the beginning too. If you're going to change it, don't change it much. The only things I didn't like so much was your "But wait," montage, and the other thing was when I started the video, there was a tinier video of Carrot Top playing in the top corner
I liked Drew's version of The Last Unicorn better than Kaylyn's. I think too many reviewers these days are trying to review things angrily whether or not what is being reviewed is deserving of it. Some things Kaylyn pointed out I did find myself asking when I saw the movie, but some other things were a bit far fetched. I did however like Kaylyn's tag line the best of all the entries. I didn't feel like Lauren really reviewed anything. She had a themed list, and made a few comments on things from her list, but in the end I just feel like she just complained a lot. I liked both Lindsay's and Krissy's reviews a lot. They were very entertaining, and both made good picks for their reviews. I would enjoy either of them being the Nostalgia Chick, but because I'd have to pick one, I'll go with Lindsay. Her performance felt more natural. I just hope the puppies thing was just a running gag with this video, and won't continue through all her future videos.
Crocodile Dundee 1 and 2 weren't made by Hollywood. They were actually Australian films made to appeal to American audiences. Hollywood didn't get involved until the 3rd movie, which is why it was so much worse than the other two.
There are actually 2 versions of Crocodile Dundee out there. There's the Australian version, and the international version with a lot of the Australian slang replaced with more commonly understood terms.
Pokemon Puzzle League was the N64 version of a SNES game Tetris Attack, which used Mario's Yoshi as it's mascot along with other animals that I didn't recognize with anything else (and that is an American version of a game in Japan that featured mermaids and faeries,) except Pokemon Puzzle League had a few more play options. Those puzzle games actually were far more complex than ordinary Tetris by allowing for combos (popping more than 3 boxes at a time,) and chains (when popping blocks caused other blocks to fall causing more popping.) When those games were played properly, they tended to have major slowdowns.
