The story behind it is that those guys used to make fun but stupid videos about making disgusting meals that were obnoxiously unhealthy, but then they made that video. It made them out to be total douches and assholes and many people hated them for a bit for it. Some still do.
That is what I thought of when I saw it at least. It may also be making fun of obnoxious rich people who are not nearly as cool as they think they are, and are just douches. Both apply.

Amusing Sage, but I think it was funnier when Tosh did it on Tosh.0, with his "Is it racist?" segment.
Also, not sure what's better, the video itself, or all the comments that don't know this is a satire of a much stupider video.
