One might ask what compelled a review to keep going, my guess is Sage does not treat his games like a burrito. :evil:

This game is definatly the worse piece of garbage this year. My vote was going to Shellshock 2 untill this piece of fecal matter came out. I feel like my eyes are going to be stuck to the back of my skull if I play it anymore from rolling my eyes at every bad sex pun the game says every 5 seconds. If you're a felow achievement whore like me and want to play just to get 1000 gamerscore from a bad game, don't. IT's just not worth it. I doubt I'm gona even beat the game before I have to return it from how frustrating it is.

The only thing and I mean the ONLY thing that could have saved this game to be bought would have been nudity. And I'm not talking showing breasts (you only get cleavage in this game) I mean 3D sex. I don't care about nudity in my game but for what the game is maybe it would have sold if they showed some skin because the other aspects of this piece of crap make it untollerable to play. If they would have put nudity at least the teen demographic that buys comics for their enormous boobs would have bought it but alas this game is a BUST.

Ah, that's a shame, but unsurprising.
I had a lot of fun with the previous LSL games (have but haven't played MCL), and it's sad to see the series mutate the way it has.
The poor adventure genre... will thee ever reclaim thy former glory?
Gobliiins 4 is coming out soon, hopefully it doesn't suck; I don't want to see another favorite old series get butchered.

Seems they'll never get that same style of humor and fun that the former LSL games had. I truthfully hope this game was the last nail in the coffin so Larry can finally die with some dignity. Then again....people still buy sonic games so it wouldn't suprise me if they make another sequel.

He never got to work on the last two games, and never even got copies from the developers, despite being the creator of LSL before Vivendi turned it to shit.
(He actually had to buy MCL to find out how bad it was!)

The games before "Larry Loveage/Lovage" are awesome though. A lot of that can be attributed to Al's wicked sense of humour Vivendi attempts and EPICALLY FAILS.

I'll be renting this at some point, I'm a bad video game buff.
I probably got that from being a bad movie buff, which I bet I got from MST3K.
I'm surprised from what you guys have said, there's no nudity?
I would have though a game like this would have had some.
Not that would it make the game any better.

Wow. This really says something abut what developers think gamers expect nowadays. I mean, really, they [i]had[/i] to put in platforming, car driving, and fighting? Adventure games aren't that hard to develop, and a far cry more entertaining than this must be. Video games have never been the same since that genre died.

Exactly how is Final Fantasy gone down hill as you describe?
And no, despite some knowing the name, the game won't sell that well. Not as many people are familiar with the brand as you think, and even those that are can know a bad game when they see one.
