Now the first thing that I want to say is, well done.
This game is freaking hard and you still persevered through it.
I'm surprised you didn't bring up the trick that allows you to attack really fast. I don't remember it off the top of my head but it's something to do with jumping and hitting down. I remember it from watching a speed run.
Good to see a video again too =p
EDIT: Found the glitch, so you jump in the air and press down on the d-pad and swing your sword. You then release down and the quickly hit it again. You keep releasing the down button and depressing it again until you hit the ground. This should allow you to get more swings in.

#3 yay ninja gaiden its been sooooooooooooo long since i played this game thank you lordkat
here is a great recepie
Deep-Fried Twinkies Ingredients
For Twinkies:
• 6 Twinkies
• Popsicle sticks
• 4 cups vegetable oil
• Flour for dusting
For batter:
•1 cup milk
• 2 tablespoons vinegar
• 1 Tablespoon oil
• 1 cup flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
Twinkie Directions
1. Chill or freeze Twinkies for several hours or overnight.
2. Heat 4 cups vegetable oil in deep fryer to about 375 degrees.
Batter Directions
1. Mix together milk, vinegar and oil. 2. In another bowl, blend flour, baking powder and salt. 3. Whisk wet ingredients into dry and continue mixing until smooth. 4. Refrigerate while oil heats. 5. Push stick into Twinkie lengthwise, leaving about 2 inches to use as a handle, dust with flour and dip into the batter. 6. Rotate Twinkie until batter covers entire cake. 7. Place carefully in hot oil. The Twinkie will float, so hold it under with a utensil to ensure even browning. 8. It should turn golden in 3 to 4 minutes. 9. Depending on the size of your deep fryer, you might be able to fry only one at a time, two at the most. 10. Remove Twinkie to paper towel and let drain. Remove stick and allow Twinkie to sit for about 5 minutes before serving.
Makes 6.
Variation: Slice Twinkie into 4 pieces. Flour and batter each before frying. With this treatment, one Twinkie will serve two people if accompanied by a sauce.
Berry Sauce
Ingredients:
• 1 10-ounce jar of seedless raspberry preserves
• 1 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries
Directions:
1. In a saucepan, heat preserves over low heat until melted.
2. Add 1 cup of fresh or frozen mixed berries.
3. Heat until sauce just simmers.
4. Cover; refrigerate until served.

This is kinda dumb, but I purposely die when I get to the boss's third form, only because I can stock up on Ninpo points on the replay, and kill him super easy with the upward fireball spell (you don't actually need to cut off the head or tail before you can hit the heart). I was actually impressed by the video because it looked like you found a sweet spot where the goo wasn't hitting you.

For NG3 - I don't consider this cheating, since they took away the unlimited continues from the first 2 games: 99 continues:
Allow the title screen to fade out to the introduction sequence. Press Start to return to the title screen again. Repeat this six more times so you that see the title screen a total of eight times. At the eighth appearance of the title screen, hold Up/Left + A + B + Select and press Start.

04.27.2010 - 06:04 | Mr.StillmanAwesome work LordKat. I'm so glad you are at last doing Mission Impossible. Was it because I kept nagging you about it? That and Punch Out? Well, I guess I'll have to shut up now.
Unless, of course, you continue to neglect Rad Racer...
