11.10.2009 - 23:51 | JMShearerThis was the first UWW I've ever watched, mostly because this was pretty much the game it would have taken. Largely, it had to do with curiosity about which version of the game you'd be doing. The NES one made sense, as that's what most people had, although I grew up with the Sega Master System version, which I think was a little easier to play. Didn't have to worry about keeping a full gas tank or driving the car much, but there was no going back to the shop once the initial equiping was done. Plus, I think the goals for actually getting into the Zuul building were a little more clearly defined.
But enough of my rambling. Looks like you've got an interesting show here, and I'll have to watch more often.

11.11.2009 - 00:43 | Cream Filledwhy did you decide to use the shitty metallica covers of the misfits songs in the end?

*gets sued for libel by metallica*

11.11.2009 - 00:47 | Bill_MYou should take a whack at Contra 3: Alien Wars or Contra: Hard Corps. I can't beat the first level on either of them.

I have watched all the videos you have posted on the site so far and have determined you must be the biggest glutton of self punishment out of all reviewers. At least Linkara and NC are watching/reading a medium and its done. You are playing these games that are not only tragically difficult, but with rules that would have made kids cry to their mommies. Not only putting yourself through hours worth of misery, but when you fail in most you have to restart adding to the hours of playtime.
I beat this game when I was a kid after borrowing it from a friend in exchange for Bubble Bobble and the NES advantage was the only way to do so, I used all your tricks but also included the ghost vacuum to get the compensation for fuel to lose of income evenly.
For your own sanity never do Journey to Silius, Kabuki Quantum Fighter, Batman NES, Donkey Kong 64, anything Shinobi, or Comic Zone, you seem like a really nice guy and I and the other viewers rather you not contemplate death upon these challenges.

Comix Zone is ridiculous easy outside of one semi-tough jump in the first stage and the arena. I beat that one when I was 12 maybe?
shinobi is a little frustrating but really not tough compared to games with broken programming or lack of polish that will make the game a lot tougher.

Dude! You cannot Do that! Please pick one up on ebay, aamazon.. the Salvation Army wherever! Doing game reviews and not owning a NES is like a Blind man trying to describe what a rainbow looks like. It's just wrong!

Wait a second; what is difficult about Donkey Kong 64? Some gold bananas are tricky, but for the most part, that game is freaking easy.
