This is probably the one game I have ever beaten myself up over not finishing it. I still, to this day have never beaten it. I can barely get past the giant infant.
It is still a lot of fun, though.

10.26.2009 - 23:24 | ThatSlayerOf100That was really cool, I remember the first time I finished that game, I felt like I was ready to die, like I have achieved the greatness in life and there was no more to conquer! shit I was like 12 years when that happened! Oh man, I miss those times!

10.26.2009 - 23:28 | TamLinDude, you can kill the blob easily with a fire extinguisher or popsicles. Similarly, silverware is an easy one-shot kill for werewolves.

Great video! You missed several things though. First of all, you can instantly kill the werewolves with the silverware.
Second of all, there is a top secret, only appears once weapon you find hidden i none of the castle levels that does MASSIVE damage to the spider: the Flamethrower.
This weapon is so hard to find, there isn't even a correct sprite showing it's world model. It does exist though, if you look in the games files and use a level editor, you can place it down in the first level.

10.27.2009 - 00:27 | ScimmiaThe sequel Ghoul Patrol was pretty damn awesome too and it seemed to be a lot easier.

Man, this take me back.
Someone already pointed out the silverware vs Werewolves (think is also does extra damage vs Dracula) and the fire-extinguisher/ popsicle vs the blobs. But also:
- Alien Ray-gun takes out giant ants in one shot, if my memory serves well.
- If you can time it/get lucky, you can have the giant toddler walk along a bazooka-shell, making it take much more damage than just a single hit would deal. It happened to me a couple of times, but mostly through luck than superior skill >_>
I really love how most, if not all, monsters have a weakness for those who have seen the relevant horror movies.

I loved this game :) I still have it in fact, somewhere cluttered about my room. It is a wonderful, hard as hell, fun as hell game. I was so ticked when that waste of space critic (who I shall not name) on youtube said it was terrible, and have been looking for someone to put it in the good light it deserves. Thank you again.

Dammit, I hate it when people only play part of Tocatta & Fugue...now I hafta go listen to the whole thing. (it's 10 minues long!)
Oh! I remember this. First game I ever played on Sega Channel when my friend got a subscription. I stayed over & we played all night & into the next day until we passed out. Good times...full of slow reflextes & anxiety.
I forgot about the Zombie Football Players. I guess that's where the Orc Football Players from Serious Sam II got their inspiration.
Sandworms...Baldur's Gate, Dungeon Siege, ZAmN, &...Beetlejuice.

All I can say is man those worms are bigger then the gravoids in tremors.
plus I remember slaving over a hot sega just to see the ending and it kinda...sucked...but I will always remember the expression on my friend's face when he first found out about the red pot. he fliped and started punching everything...even me.
He woke up outside with a black eye 3 hours later heh heh.

What I don't understand is why these videos (especially those posted on youtube) get so few viewings. They're so incredibly awesome and hardcore, you'd think they'd get many more people watching them....
LordKat, you truly are the Game Messiah incarnate, come to deliver us from so-called 'unbeatable' games, none of which stand up to your wrath of gaming.
