I have a huge problem with dorky characters that in a matter of days by any means they overcome their insecurities and rise above out of the blue.
As a dorky guy myself with years working out my issues I feel personaly offended by them.

Oh thank god its not an april fools stunt! Catwoman is one of my pet bad movies, so when I saw this pop up I was like "Please don't let this be a crappy fake out!"

It doesn't have that kind of charm for me, tho--I think it's because I know too much about it, like the ridiculous amount of money that was blown on the budget and how badly WB and everyone else involved handled it when it came to promoting it. It just hurts my brain.

I have not seen many of your videos but I can say that this one so far has already shown me to stay away from this movie. I liked the Tim Burton Batmans with Catwoman and the TV show had some good Catwomans as well. Will be seeing part two when it is up.

So, you're doing a two-parter review - 1 hour that is, on the most offending Batman-related movie in history, and you are doing it really great and entertaining? And on top of everything, you bash Yu-Gi-Oh for it's way of insulting ancient Egypt, and you are defending Batman Returns; one of my all time favorite movies? AND you are planning on reviewing it one day?

And yeah, I saw this movie - it was definitely THAT bad. "Vidocq" from the same director was much better IMHO.

If I can say one thing, Hallie Berry pulls off the short hair look really, really well, she's gorgeous in this movie.
I actually kinda liked that screen where she's dodging bullets, while crawling around those pillars, kinda reminded me of the new Batman games for some reason.

I actually kind of like that shot too--when she's far away, it doesn't look overly CG-ish and it does kinda work. The close-up shots ruin it, tho.

Gotta love those godawful special effects that age so poorly.
Would have preferred the Burton version; Walken might have been in it, at least in flashbacks.
Ah...That sounds like one of the scripts Burton turns over when he REALLY doesn't want to do a sequel, like "Beetlejuice Goes Hawaiian."

It's really funny, sometimes a movie is really REALLY good and you can hear so many different kinds of praise for it, everyone loving it in their own way.
With movies like this, they're so bad anyone can have their own way to HATE IT! I like that your cutting Halle Berry some slack. I'm no guy to just cheer an actress for her mere looks (I do it to the point that some people think I'm gay), and Halle Berry just seems so likeable to me regardless, plus... remember when she received an oscar and cried? Well, when she received a Razzie for Catwoman, she ACCTUALLY was there, accepted the award and parodied the time she was crying over the oscar! She has BALLS................. I just love saying that ^^

When I first heard about this movie all I knew about it was that Halle Berry was Catwoman, and I have to be honest, I still think that was a superb cast choice. True, the rest of the movie is crap, but I could really see her in my head as Catwoman. One of those cases of great cast choice in a bad movie I guess...
I haven't actually seen this movie; I used to own the video game for the PS2. While I may have enjoyed playing it when I was fifteen, in retrospect it was a very unimpressive video game.
Though what I think is absolutely funny is how Patience was brought back to life with "magic cat breath". Why? Because with some cats that is so true. One of my cats, Greta, if she opens her mouth for any reason, and you're within two feet of her you will smell her bad breath. She's got breath that could wake the dead.

Not that I'm a big tabloid reader or anything, but just before this flick came out, I caught an article about Halle Berry seen kissing some dude in a parking lot. People thought it was her new boytoy (I mean boyFRIEND! ... no, I meant -toy), but it was actually the director of "Catwoman"! I guess the kiss was her way of saying, "Thanks for making the shitty movie most people will remember me for!"

Oh, how I loathe this movie. It manages to be so magnificently crappy and yet completely boring.
"Stereotypical Annoying Gay Guy." I think that describes 82% of gay male characters that came from the '90s. And 97% of gay male characters written by crappy writers. (The other 3% are of the "Homophobic But Secretly Gay" character type.)
