Rollo T caught me onto this guy in the forums. its obvious he's getting better as he goes along, and definitely has a good personality. i wouldn't mind seeing this guy on board at all

I like his enthusiasm, and I definitely think he's got potential to be funny. I don't necessarily think he lived up to it here. I don't know where to stand yet, I think I need to see another video.

Yeah i think he is perfect in every way, also he knows how to express what he says to facial exprecion, ulike most brick faced people we see now days in the news... TOtaly Onboard!

I wasn't overly interested in the video, but gets a thumbsup for using Kreator as the main song :) Not enough to say that he should be brought on board. Really doubt I'd watch more of his stuff when there are other game reviewers on here that do it better. I just think he tries to hard to be funny.

I liked your countdown. You had me laughing at your transition from AngryJoe to HappyJoe, but that was the only thing I found funny. The weapon ideas like The Luncher weren't all that entertaining and neither were your orgasmic facial expressions at the beginning. You have a great idea, naming the good features of the game that make it awesome, and this can be a great addition to the site. All you need to do is improve on your jokes. I hope to see more of your videos.

Dude, this guy is crazy enthusiastic. I thought he was a bit over the top at first, but he grew on me as the video went on.
But the fact that he broke character when talking about Maria sealed the deal.
I like this guy.
....but I don't care for GOW2

i really dont care for this guy. Gears of War 2 has been out for a couple of weeks now.
Maybe it was just a bad video choice hell he might have better stuff but from what i seen it wasnt funny or insightful.
Also don't judge a game on its cutscene graphics all games nowadays have amazing graphics unless they are based off a movie

i think he has potential but this i felt didnt apply as well since he pointed out points that anyone could have stated obvious from all the press releases (considering how he talks, im assuming the game was already out at the time that the video was made). i think if he really wanted to pull the person into some of the features, i would recomend actual ingame footage. his maria joke was pretty awesome, and i agree w/ him on the whole "good gfx" point of view. but im expecting alot of inovatively fresh concepts from this site. 99% of the time, it delivers.
point is, i think he has quite a bit of potential but needs quite a bit of refinement of his character persona to stay on.

Gears of War was beutiful when it came to the 360 and later on the PC.
But I don't think Gears of War 2 is as jawbreaking as it's older brother.
But then I just thought: Sawduels... Do I need another reason for thinking this game is better then it's predecessor?
Also, I will forever call angry Joe, Happy Joe. He just doesn't live up to the required preferences.
Should we welcome him to the site? Dunno. But this video didn't deliver if you ask me.

He's sort of good. Well yea I aggree with Toost Inc. that there are myabe just a little too many game reviewers. The only problem with these reviews are that most reviewers do this in a very personal view. Of course, GoW2 was pretty and stuff (at least what I've seen and heard about it cus I don't have a 360) but it also has it's issues. I think a reviw should pont out the good things and also the flaws in something, even is they are awsome games or horrible. (Of course, there are sooo shitty games/comics/movies/music etc. out there that the only way to review them is to rage about it.) You know what I mean, there are stuff that are good but not perfect or mediocre, and there are stuff that are just plain bad in every aspect.
Alltogether he is kind of funny, and he got my attention, so I'd say maybe he should get a chance to prove himself, but not for his review skills but for his entertaining presentation style. I mean that happy part with the graphics was hilarious.

Well, I certainly liked it. Reasons 2 and 5 needed some humor to them, but "Maria" and the locus soldier were awesome as well as the Happy Joe segment. The combination weapons were awesome. I certainly know how frustrating it can be to get a craving for munchies while shooting things, thus I am forced to choose between eating and shooting things.
And that's just not right.

Hmmm. I usually don't associate "angry" with positive reviews. Enthusiastic, abrasive fanboyism, perhaps ( ;) ), but not anger.
To those commenting that it wasn't an unbiased review, focusing only on the good aspects of the game: just read the page title. "Top Reasons Gears of War 2 Kicks Ass" lays out pretty clearly that this is primarily for the sake of entertainment, not intended as an in-depth dissection of the game.
To that end, I was in fact entertained, and I would like to see more.

I just loved the AM/FM bazooka, I would love to have my music when killing people, it makes it a lot more enjoyable.
