Well, for me is that it is so different from the dub we got (read: "over 8000" said in a fearful tone) and the way he delivers the line is so delightfully cartoonish, it's hard not to laugh.

B) If we talk about allot of waste of money dudes try to collecting some hot toys figures and generaly 1/6 scale figures.Those dragon ball stuff is realy nice but exept the scauser all the others are not so great.And its for the smaller ages.Why dont you try to make a review for some action figures it would be fun to wach!

Welcome to the world of Japanese candy toys, Joe!
What you got are usually sold on the counter top of convenience stores in Japan like baseball cards here, which is why there's so many per box and why it's randomly inserted. At least yours were color coded, a lot of the time it's totally blind and you've got no idea what you're buying, but buying by the box usually gets you everything. I think when Dragonball Z was first out they had electronic Scouter toys but to find one now would cost a fortune, candy toys cost nothing compared to actual collectibles out of Japan.
And yeah, the candy is a gimmick, hence the term "candy toys" to describe convenience store counter top toys. I've gotten a bunch of those little candies, including one in an old Transformers model kit that's now 26 years old and it's the same damn piece of candy! Definitely LOOKS 26 years old though...

Personally, I think the OVER 9000 thing is old, and not really funny anymore, but it's your show.
Since you have two scouters, you could probably try to modify one to clip onto your ear like some of those cellphone hands free sets do, and get rid of the silly looking headband.
