I admit it, I'm a college boy at heart. Always have been, I suppose. I quite liked all the things that were going on at that time in my life. Homecoming was always a trip, especially with the parade on the last day. I actually kind of liked going to class and working on the assignments. And there were tons of other things to do as well.
The big thing for me, though, was living in the dorm. It's probably why I was there for all four and a half years I was working on my bachelors degree. Of course, I had a pretty good dorm to live in.

I love anime, I love just about every aspect of anime, from the art style to the fan base I absolutely adore anime. As such I felt it fitting to have my first blog post on TGWTG be about anime, how I got into anime, favorite series, and what anime has done for me as a person.

I’m 18 years old so like many people around my age Pokémon was the first anime I was ever exposed to, but is definitely not the series responsible for getting me into anime. No sir, that honor belongs to the classic anime, Dragonballz, and the highly underrated anime, Digimon. These two shows showed me that cartoons didn’t just have to be comedies or no-risk action series (plus I was 9 at the time so people beating the shit out each other and talking monsters were the shit).
...I revew the best treehouse ever.
