In which I prove that I can listen to criticism by proving how incredibly useless a certain piece of criticism was(I'm not using SFM for the talking parts ever again, it looks WORSE), as well as do an ACTUAL review and not the kind of reviewmentary sort of thing Nostagia Critic made popular.

Can't stop, won't stop with the gaming. lol Recently a game I backed on Kickstarter was completed and released on Steam worldwide and on the Wii-U and 3DS over in North America. Not sure if by now it's released else where too. To do my share to get it noticed I'm doing a full playthrough of the game. It's still in progress, but you can check out my adventure so far by clicking the links below to get to the episodes. I also tried out a fan-made mash-up of Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia and My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, so check it out too. :)

This week we talk a little about the concept of "power creep".  It's that phenomenon that makes games sit back and suddenly realize "How am I able to destroy a planet?"

So we're settling back into youtube a little bit.  I'm still looking for a stable platform for the videos but for now, youtube seems to be the best so we're sticking with it.

But show wise, feedback is, as always, appreciated and welcomed.

Grand Theft Auto for the Game Boy Color was an attempt at recreating the original GTA on the PC for Game Boy. Some people call this the worst game in the series. So let's find the Positives!

(At 2:53 I say: "Grand Theft Auto on the Game Boy Advance" by accident. GTA:GBC will work on that system. However there was a Grand Theft Auto made specifically for the Game Boy Advance and should not be confused with this one.)

Positives is a series that is all about finding good qualities of bad video games. Every episode Shane must list four positive features of remarkably terrible titles. Covering every system and every possible genre, there isn't a single game Shane won't try to find something good out of.

Mario Kart 64 is the first 3D racing game Garry had ever played on the Nintendo 64. Join him as he tries to explain his love for the game and his affection for Mario's brother Luigi.

About Garry Gamer:
Garry Gamer is the worst game reviewer ever. Join Garry as he attempts to review and analyze games that baffle and mystify him. Armed with his signature red hoodie and locked away in his special basement review room, there isn't a game out that he won't play!

E.T. on the Atari 2600 is the worst video game ever made. Let's find the Positives.

In our third episode we will be looking at and making a review of an infamously bad game, ET the Extra-Terrestrial for the Atari 2600. Based off the film directed by Steven Spielberg and Universal Pictures. Is it really that bad? Will Shane ever be able to find any positives? Tune in to find out!

I'm a bit late to the party on this one. Or to be more precise I was on my way to buy food for my pet unicorn when I saw two dudes fighting and third one vomiting over petunias in front of the house where said party was held and decided to pop in uninvited.I didn't want to blab about games twice in a row and even had all brand new and shiny „Hollywood, TV and Internet“ rant almost done and ready when this bug crawled up my ass and hatched eggs and got all comfortable and stuff so I rearranged my bitching priorities a bit. Said bug even had nothing to do with „MGS:Ground Zeroes“ but with re-release of „The Last Of Us“ for PS4 but more about that later on.

Firstly here you wont find me screaming betrayal over the length of the „MGS:Ground Zeroes“ and honestly I think parties on both sides of that particular dead horse have ,by this point, crawled so far from reality that average consumer should stay well clear of them. There are some that claim that there are „hours upon hours“ of content in game and there sure are, but only if you lick each and every speck of dirt in that micro-cosmos, then send it for analysis, then wait for results and then frame said results and hang them on the wall next to your degree from Bullshit University.Others scream on how „game can be beat in under 10 minutes“ and they are also correct, most of us interested watched You Tube videos of people doing it. However most of the people don't play games that way and well,in my humble opinion, they shouldn't.At the end of the day you could speed run Skyrim in few hours and miss entire point of the game in process. In my estimate, depending on skill level and interest of each player, there is on average 3-6 hours of playtime in Ground Zeroes and (again in my opinion) while it falls really close to the unacceptable considering price point it's still not there yet. Sad fact of the matter is that this is not only unprecedented but actually pretty common occurrence these days, there is number of titles out there that sport lofty name of full fledged release (read 60$ or your local equivalent) and are around 4 hours long. That is something we need to get up in arms a lot more often if we want industry to pay attention, not only when it happens to one of few franchises we give damn about. Still while Ground Zeroes stand head and shoulders above competition there, mere fact that there could be drawn any kind of parallel between it and shovelware dirt like, say Battleship the Game feels like punch in the face.

So where length of the Ground Zeroes is controversial it's presentation is anything but, even most bitter haters of this release can't deny that it's damn gorgeous looking game. First time in over five years I was drooling over graphic, pretty damn embarrassing if you consider that I played through Metro:Last Light twice and I haven't noticed how good it looks. More important then look of the game (and again in my opinion) is that damn thing actually works smoothly and for most part without any glitches, also I recognize that it's pretty damn sad I need to praise the game for not crashing on me once. Something that should be considered normal is pushed, by common industry practice of releasing near unplayable schlock that is patched post release, to praiseworthy feat.Pathetic.
