Hello, it’s me, your friendly neighborhood Phantom.  First thing I’m going to do is whore myself out… get your minds out of the gutter, not that way.  Over on my YouTube channel (http://www.youtube.com/user/Phanto5692) I have started a segment called Strip Search.  In it, I unbox special editions of video games and display their contents for all to see.  I have already done three episodes: Record of Agarest War Zero Limited Edition, Catherine Love is Over Deluxe Edition, and the Nintendo 3DS.  I hope to do a fourth (most likely Deus Ex Human Revolution Augmented Edition) very soon.  And there are more I would like to do.  So here are the Top 10 Special Edition video games I want to strip.

10.  Uncharted 3 Drake’s Deception Collector’s Edition (NaughtyDog/Sony, rated T) – A PS3 exclusive who only recently got its Collector’s Edition revealed is clearly meant for the Uncharted fan.  Then again, since this is Uncharted 3, it’s implied that you already played the other two games so you probably do like it otherwise you wouldn’t be buying this.  Anywho, the collector’s edition includes a traveling chest container (probably meant to be significant in the game), a statue of Nathan Drake, and a copy of Drake’s horseshoe belt buckle and a replica of the ring on a necklace strap (again, I think this is important in the game).  If I had a PS3, I would definitely get this game.  But on the other hand I’m a big fan of single-console exclusives.  Basically it amounts to elitism (people looking down on others because the former have something and the later doesn’t) and I do not like elitism.
