Satomi? You mean Saotome? lol Which is also their last name. Thought that was kinda obvious since Ranma says his full name at least once. This was the first manga I ever read and I remember literally laughing out loud at some of the jokes in later books. Not sure they ever establish the whether it's the original girl's shape or just a female shape based on who falls in. What Genma hopes to get from marrying off Ranma is to A) continue the legacy of the martial art he and Mr Tendo practice and B) to have a place to stay and smooch off the Tendos. lol Kuno sticks around, but isn't the main baddie going forwards.
