Well, this sure is a strange turn of events. After the events of Black Plague, we wake up in some sort of strange chamber, and we need to escape. The strange part is that our method of escape seems to be some sort of dimensional gateway. Well, that's okay; whatever lies on the other side can't be worse than the situation we're in, right?
Special thanks to Sylex for the awesome title card!
That looks different... not really scary, but much closer to my own idea of a fun game. This whole area almost feels like a set of an Indiana Jones movie (or a Tomb Raider game, I guess) and you can do such great puzzles with a setup like this. I am really looking forward to what the game has in store, as the other two already did a great job with the puzzles and those had to work with pretty mundane setups for them. With magic portals and ancient machinery I really have high hopes^^.
Also, I'm somewhat confused about why Philip wants to kill the Tuurngait. I mean I get that the whole affair was traumatizing and certainly reason enough for wanting to kill someone, but on the other hand the hive mind seems to have a pretty reasonable goal and wanting to be left alone certainly doesn't seem like an unreasonable demand, right?
I also didn't really understand why his father killed himself... guilt would be my best guess, but that would be another reason for his son not to kill the Tuurngait, I'd say.
Anyhow, really looking forwart to this.
