AVGN VS NC: My Thoughts on the "Final Battle"

One word that is severly overused on the internet to describe this fight: Epic.

 

It was everything I expected and more. There were lots of references and great fight moves. For me, it was great seeing two of my favorite reviewers fight it out until one of them gave out. I admit that I started out as an AVGN fan, but I found out about the NC when he was on youtube. To see them both come this far is amazing and I am glad this feud was started.  The ending completly shocked me, I thought it would end in a draw so that fans from both sides could be satisfied that neither one "Won".  It was also nice to see all the fanwork the supporters made for this final fight.

 I know  there are some people out there that did not like the final battle. Whatever reason you may have is your opinion. So my question to everyone there is, what did you think of the final battle? Was it everything you wanted? Were you dissapointed?  Are you waiting for the sequel? Would you change anything?

I loved it! I do say that we could have see more references like the Critic using his "ruler" power and using the Nerd's environment against him by using the Nerd's most hated games (Dr. Jeckyll & Mr. Hyde, Simon's Quest, Superman 64-freshly burnt from the sun, etc) against him.

Again, it was everything I expected and more. With Nerd using quotes from previous videos, using the battle suit made up of all the periphials, and bringing in Super Mecha(Mega?) Death Christ 2000 to finish the Critic off.

There's bound to be another battle to make it a two-parter.
It was fun, nice, and I believe to be truly epic. I really got into it, too.
